Independent Directors for your Organisation

Stellaris offers your business the opportunity to employ experienced, professional directors to help grow your business.

For any business that seriously wants to grow, an Independent Director on the Board is a must.

Many Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) have their Chief Executive as the Chair of the Board (if they have a Board) and this person is often the main shareholder too!
There are two key problems about that arrangement:

1. The CEO is very busy with management and day to day issues and can "forget" the strategic or longer term issues
2. The CEO may ignore many compliance considerations.

Having an independent Director on the Board ensures that these issues are considered. A good Board member will add value to your business.
