The plain English approach to understanding financials, recognising the responsibilities and understanding the role of a director makes this book ideal not only for the aspiring director but also those searching for appropriate people for their own advisory or company boards. It is an easy read and a refreshing reference also for those that have been around governance responsibilities at all levels for a number of years."
